Kathmandu – The Attorney General’s Office has directed the police to distribute the sale of masks recovered from black marketers at affordable prices. Since the mask recovered from the black marketers takes a long time to settle through the court process, the office has directed the records to be distributed.
Attorney General Agni Kharel said that the mask recovered in the letter addressed to the Inspector General of Police was submitted as a proof of the case and there was a lack of masks in the market as there was a lack of masks in the market. The letter states, “Due to the presence of masks in the appearance of the case, the bar is becoming increasingly scarce and can not be used in the most unusual circumstances.”
The Attorney General’s Office has directed to keep the digital records with photographs and photographs along with the value and sample of the recovered masks. And, according to the current market value of the recovered masks, it is directed to withdraw the funds from the Shared Health Service or similar institution and deposit it in the police account and record the distribution of the masks. And it is directed to prosecute the black marketers by claiming the demand for the money collected for the fraud.
As per the regular procedure, the goods recovered in the Kalabazari case were to be submitted to the court as proof. And that would be the decision about the goods when the case was dropped by the court. But now, after the court decides to seize the mask, if the court decides to seize the mask, then the institution holding the mask is forfeited.
